West Ham Conservatives support the launch of the draft EU Referendum Bill

All the main parties promised a referendum on the EU Constitution in their 2005 election manifestos. But whereas Labour and the Lib Dems have gone back on their promises, only the Conservatives are still committed to giving the British people their say on the EU Constitution, now rebadged as the Lisbon Treaty. So today, we are launching our draft EU Referendum Bill, and are urging voters to use their vote on 4th June to support our campaign for the referendum they were promised.
